It has been a hectic week. Last night I had fun with the horse. Worked on 360’s and some driving from zone 5. It was cool running the dogs. But it is still winter. To finish off the week we all went out for dinner. A nice Thai restaurant that serves vegan and veggie options. We had veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce; very tasty. Then the TG and the girls had veggie chow mien and I had gado gado vegan of course. It was very good. They put corn, bean sprouts, slices of potato, cauliflower, zucchini and spinach and cover with this thick peanut sauce mmmmmm. It is one of my favorites! I need to start taking a camera every where I go, so I can post pictures. Of course, I have to have get TG to let me use his camera.
Tomorrow I promised the TD’s and TG that I would make Cheese Burger Pizza from Sarah Kramer’s cookbook “La Dolce Vegan! Vegan Livin’ Made Easy“. I promise to take pictures and post them. I am also going to try a smoothie form Ani Phyo “Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen”.
