Keosauqua Bridge Replacement
Adding the last span of the bridge, for the first stage. Once the first stage is finished, the old bridge will be knocked down. Traffic will be flowing on the first stage, while the second stage is being added. (Okay, so I took a picture of myself in front of the bridge....)
